Undergraduate Poster Contest – MS&T’11
March 4, 2010
All Material Advantage undergraduate student members are encouraged to participate in the Material Advantage Undergraduate Poster Contest at MS&T in Columbus, Ohio, USA, October 16 – 20, 2011.
The purpose of the contest is to encourage undergraduate students to present their undergraduate research experiences and to improve their communication skills. The poster entered must be the work of an undergraduate and completed during the undergraduate education of the student. The work presented in the poster does not have to be performed at the student’s home institution, but could be, for example, from a project performed as part of a co-op experience, a summer internship, or a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) project.
The contest is open to any area of materials science and engineering. These posters must be submitted separately from the general poster session and will not be listed in the MS&T program or on the Web site. Students who enter the contest must register for and attend MS&T 2011.
All posters must be entered by September 23, 2011 to be eligible for the contest.
